Privacy policy

By DK88 Singapore Updated

This notice explains what happens to information about you when you use DK88 in Singapore. It follows the order in which you meet us: reading these pages, opening an account, playing and collecting rewards, and asking us a question.

Reading these pages

Every page here can be read without an account. Our web server records ordinary visit data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the pages available and to stop abusive traffic. It is not combined with account data and is not used to profile readers.

Cookies are limited to those a page needs to load and display. The VIP tier calculator works entirely in your browser: the figures you type into it are not sent anywhere. Blocking or clearing cookies does not stop any page from working.

The Enter Dashking City and Sign In buttons, and the buttons inside articles, take you to the DK88 lobby. These pages have no forms, so nothing is passed along with that click apart from what any browser sends when it opens a link.

Opening an account

Registration asks for a unique username, a password and an e-mail address. You may also sign up with Google, in which case Google shares the basic profile details you approve on its own screen. After sign-up we ask you to verify your e-mail address; that completes the Email Verification Quest and keeps a working address on your account.

The details you give must be true and kept up to date. DK88’s terms set 18 as the minimum age; our Singapore pages are written for readers aged 21 and over.

Playing and collecting rewards

Your account keeps the records needed to run it: deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonus claims, quest progress, achievements, Dash Coins and King’s Market purchases, and the payment accounts you use. These records let us credit rebates, cashback and reloads, track wagering, count deposits and casino turnover for your VIP tier and show your Bonus history.

Identity checks (KYC) are completed before any bonus is credited and may be requested at other times. The documents are used to confirm that the person playing, claiming or withdrawing is the person who registered. Support tells you which documents are needed.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, e-mail and payment method, and accounts sharing those details or a device may be treated as one person. To apply that limit we compare those details across accounts.

News and announcements

Our Telegram channel carries news and offers. Joining it is your choice, and nothing from your account is published there.

Questions about your information

Open Online Chat inside your account to ask what your account holds, to correct a detail or to ask about closing the account. We never ask for your password or a one-time code in chat.
